Exhibits

The current historic exhibits in the museum were designed by West Office Exhibition Design located in Oakland. The text begins the history of Topaz by focusing on prejudicial laws that marginalized Japanese who immigrated into the US around 1900.

Unusual artifacts and documents along with models, videos, media displays, photographs, art painted at Topaz, and a restored recreation hall that was used as the Boy Scouts' meeting area, all show visitors about the daily life at Topaz. The exhibit ends by discussing the Constitutional violations all of the internees were forced to endure.
